If your information request is not answered within 14 working days, you may submit an appeal application to the Designated Officer.

Forward your appeal to the Chairman & Managing Director at the address mentioned in Step 01.

If you are not satisfied with the decision of the Designated Officer, further appeals can be made to the Right to Information Commission within 02 months of receiving a response.
