The Sri Lanka Export Credit Insurance Corporation (SLECIC) is proud to be a Silver Partner of the 28th Presidential Export Awards 2026, organised by the Sri Lanka Export Development Board (EDB). The awards ceremony will be held on 8 December 2026, recognising outstanding Sri Lankan exporters and their contribution to the national economy.

As an institution dedicated to supporting exporters, SLECIC partners with the awards to recognise the achievements of Sri Lankan export businesses and reinforce the importance of export growth to the national economy. While providing export credit insurance to protect exporters against the risk of non-payment by overseas buyers, alongside bank guarantee schemes that support export-related financing, with EDB SLECIC’s also reflects its commitment to fulfilling its responsibility towards the export sector through this partnership.
 
The Corporation was represented at the press briefing and partnership acknowledgment meeting held on 28 October 2026 by Prof. (Dr.) A. Aruna Shanthaarachchi, Chairman and Managing Director; Mr. Upeksha Subasinghe, General Manager; Mr. Sanjeewa Wimalagunarathna, Deputy General Manager – Marketing; and Ms. Thushani Dissanayake, Assistant Manager – Marketing.
